• When should I arrive in Dallas?

  Plan on arriving in Dallas on Tuesday, Sept 8.

• Which hotel should I reserve?

  The RNC has room blocks at many hotels in the area. The UT GOP has been assigned to specific hotels. Buses to the convention will only leave from approved hotels.

• Will there be a dinner break during the convention?

  No. You can purchase concessions at the American Airlines Center

• How do I get to the convention from my hotel?

  The RNC has instituted the GOP Express. Buses will leave hotels 12:30 -2:30 pm to take attendees to the American Airlines Center. 

• How do I get my credentials?

  Credentials will be distributed by Utah Republican Party staff to convention delegates, alternates and guests on Tuesday, September 8.

• What is the schedule for the convention?

  You will arrive at the American Airlines Center before 2:30 pm on Wednesday and Thursday. Plan on being in the convention for about 7 hours each day. Plan accordingly.

• What can I take into the convention venue?

  You will be given a small clear bag to carry personal items through security checkpoints and into the convention.
